How it works.
A person reviews every member.
Not an algorithm. Someone reads every application, and it's slow on purpose.
Every site shows how it got in.
A DNS record, a meta tag, an uploaded file, or a published page, whichever you can manage. That last option exists for anyone running a client's site without access to their DNS, which is most of the market. Sites listed by resellers are marked as inventory, so you always know which is which.
The thresholds are real.
Authority Score, organic traffic and spam score, all pulled from DataForSEO. A site that doesn't clear the bar doesn't get in. When we make an exception, the card says so.
Traffic by country is measured, not claimed.
Anyone can say their audience is American. We check where a site's traffic comes from and how much of it, so when you filter for a country you get sites that serve it, not sites that mention it.
You decide who can reach you.
Set what a site needs before someone can send you a request: a matching niche, a minimum Authority Score, a minimum amount of traffic, a specific country. People below your bar never land in your inbox.
How members trade
This isn't a marketplace.
No listings to buy, no invoices, no escrow. OutreachPal is an exchange: verified members trade links and guest posts with each other, and nothing is paid out through the platform. That keeps the incentive where it belongs, on placements worth having rather than inventory worth moving.
If you sell placements, this isn't the place. If you manage sites for clients, or list sites as a reseller, it is.
After the handshake
The part nobody else does.
Trust shouldn't depend on memory. Every link you agree on is checked automatically, again and again, for as long as the agreement stands. If it disappears or turns nofollow, you hear about it. Every collaboration leaves a track record, so reliable partners stand out over time.
A small number of sites block automated visitors, and on those we can't confirm anything. When that happens we say so, instead of showing you a green light we can't stand behind. It's a handful of sites, and we'd rather name the gap than paper over it.

Is Authority Score the same as Ahrefs DR?
No. Authority Score comes from DataForSEO, not Ahrefs, and the two scales don't line up one to one. We show the source next to every number so nobody mistakes it for DR.
How is a domain verified?
You prove ownership one of four ways: a DNS record, a meta tag, an uploaded file, or a published page. The system checks it directly, not a screenshot you send us.
Can I use OutreachPal for my clients' sites?
Yes. Verify the client's domain the same way you'd verify your own, and mark it as a client site. The published page method exists for exactly this case, when you can publish but can't touch DNS.
Is it free to join?
Yes. Applying, getting verified and proving your domain cost nothing. The free plan gives you one site, a monthly allowance of match requests, and weekly automatic checks on the links from your collaborations plus a few you got elsewhere. The pricing page has the exact numbers. Premium raises all of that and opens the filters that run on paid metrics. We don't have a price to announce yet, and we'd rather say that than invent one.
Do I pay for placements?
No. Members trade with each other, and no money moves through the platform. Whatever you agree on is settled between the two of you, in links and guest posts, never in invoices.
What happens if someone removes my link?
You get told. Every agreed link is checked on a schedule,, and a link that disappears or turns nofollow raises an alert on your side after three checks in a row, so a site that was briefly down does not count.
How do I get in?
You register, verify a domain you own, and complete your profile. A person reviews every account before it goes live, nothing about that step is automated.
